Next Friday, November 5, it will be released the command line version of SeqCluster, a powerful method for the analysis of small RNA sequences that are not known sRNAs. The main objective is to output sRNA clusters and to deal with multi-mapping scenarios to retrieve the majority of information from sRNA sequencing experiment.
