SeqCluster

SeqCluster is an extension module to annotate any non-miRNA small RNA from sequencing data (more information and video-tutorials demo). Currently is integrated in java with graphic interface, but SeqBuster team plans to release a command line version independent of mysql to allow bioinformaticians use this module in a custom way. The date for that it would be 31th October.  It will be announced here when the time comes.
