Upgrades

The following feature will be implemented in two weeks:

1. the analysis module will be developed in an user-friendly graphical interface in order to run all the analysis packages offered locally in your computer. The unique requisite will be R installation, and in some future packages, perl platform. Both of them are easy to install in all OS: windows, linux and mac.
2. new web version compatible with all browser

The following feature will be implemented at the end of this year:

1. your data will be stored in your computer, doing SeqBuster an independent tool.
