Minor bug detected when limiting frequency parameter

Minor bug detected in the miRNA analysis when the user limit the frequency parameter. The user obtained a error or not output.
To update, please, type inside the "seqbuster" folder:

svn update

The different updates:

miraligner: when call the program without arguments, Usage will be prompted

adrec: the number of lines read print during the process, are now written in the same position

seqbuster: the width of the species option in the miRNA detection has been changed to allow better visualization

SeqCluster is ready to use

Now the next extension of SeqBuster (SeqCluster) is available through: sourceforge for command line use. It is a Java based tool, and completely independent of MySQL. It is using sqlite that is installed by default in any Linux or MacOSX computer.

Next Friday, November 5, it will be released the command line version of SeqCluster, a powerful method for the analysis of small RNA sequences that are not known sRNAs. The main objective is to output sRNA clusters and to deal with multi-mapping scenarios to retrieve the majority of information from sRNA sequencing experiment. SeqCluster is an extension module to annotate any non-miRNA small RNA from sequencing data (more information and video-tutorials demo). Currently is integrated in java with graphic interface, but SeqBuster team plans to release a command line version independent of mysql to allow bioinformaticians use this module in a custom way. The date for that it would be 31th October. It will be announced here when the time comes.

The current stand-alone version will cover all the analysis and much more. Only two month, and you will be able to run all the analysis offered in the server locally. A complete set of analysis for non-miRNA detection will be released at the same time. Join us to keep-up-to date!

The data will be stored locally in your machine to avoid server dependency. You don't need any special hardware requirement. And the limit number of samples to be analyzed is removed using SeqBuster locally.

The following feature will be implemented in two weeks:

the analysis module will be developed in an user-friendly graphical interface in order to run all the analysis packages offered locally in your computer. The unique requisite will be R installation, and in some future packages, perl platform. Both of them are easy to install in all OS: windows, linux and mac.
